However, with so many protein bars on the market, it’s difficult to tell which ones are legitimate and which ones are simply hilarious. Based on my personal experience with the company, I wrote this Built Bars Puffs review.

The Company’s History

These macro-balanced protein bars, which were founded in 2018 in Spanish Fork, UT, are poised to change the way we consume protein, the most important macronutrient.

Built Bars Puffs are a type of protein bar that isn’t like the rest. If you take this type of supplement regularly, you’re probably aware that it’s chalky and has an unappealing flavor.

On the other hand, these bars aren’t chalky at all. Indeed, the interior of these is ooey-gooey, similar to that of a candy bar, according to many (think 3 Musketeers nougat). The candy bar’s look, feel, and taste are all enhanced by the exterior, which is made entirely of chocolate Built Bars.

As of August 2020, when I’m writing this review, the company has just released its newest formula, which boasts a larger, fluffier, and protein-rich bar. Built Bar Puffs mission has always been to create a great-tasting protein bar that people enjoy and look forward to eating, and it appears that they are succeeding, especially with their most recent product launch Built Bars.

Ingredients For A Bar

Protein (Whey)

Each of their bars starts with this as the primary ingredient. The most common type of protein supplement is whey, which is popular due to its comprehensive amino profile (most bang for your nutritional buck). The best part is that the version Built Bar Puffs uses is free by using Built Bar Discount Code of casein and lactose, two milk components that commonly cause allergic reactions in people (upset tummy, bloating, etc.). Given their low-calorie density, each bar contains 17-19g of protein, which is quite substantial Built Bars.

Gelatin

This is yet another prominent ingredient, and unfortunately, it is not vegan-friendly in these bars. The smooth, fluffy texture comes from this ingredient. Some people are allergic to gelatin, so keep that in mind.

Erythritol

This is a calorie-free sweetener that is well-tolerated by most people. It’s related to a sugar alcohol, but unlike most sugar alcohols, it doesn’t cause gastrointestinal problems. This substance is easily filtered by the kidneys and has no effect on blood pressure. Many fruits, including grapes, pears, and watermelon, contain this natural sweetener.

Glycerin

Another ingredient that helps to make these bars moist and gooey. To achieve the perfect consistency, glycerin is used as a thickening agent, as well as to stabilize and control moisture levels. It also contributes to the sweet flavor and helps to extend the shelf life of the product.

Chocolate

Each bar is wrapped in real dark chocolate, which complements the bar’s distinct flavor profile and gives it a candy bar appearance. With each bite of the bar, you’ll get an extra dose of antioxidants and a delicious flavor.

Maltodextrin

This is the soluble fiber that improves the texture of these bars while also providing additional health benefits. Built Bars Puffs uses water-soluble, non-digestible maltodextrin that has no negative health effects.

Artificial flavors and preservatives are not present. They say their bar uses natural flavors, but they don’t say which ones.

What Kinds Of Flavors Can I Get?

As part of their updated product, Built Bars Puffs just released new flavors this month. The following is a list of their current flavors:

In Comparison To Other Protein Bars, How Does Built Bars Stack Up?

Right now, there’s a huge market for protein bars and supplements. There are hundreds of options available in any grocery store or online store. And, if you’re anything like me, you’re always on the lookout for the best-tasting bar that’s also good for you.

I’ve tried a lot of protein bars, and not all of them are the same. Following that, I’ll go over some of my top criteria for selecting a bar, as well as some of their competitors.

Macros

As someone who has recently gotten into macros and has no intention of ever going back to a restrictive eating plan, macros are something I pay close attention to, always trying to get the most bang for my buck and my daily macros.

In terms of macronutrients, how nutritious are these protein bars? For one of the most popular flavors, Cookies ‘N Cream, here are the macro breakdowns:

Calorie count: 130

• Fat 2.5 g

• Carbohydrates: 18 g

Fiber: 6 g

• Protein (17g)

Taste

For me, this is a major accomplishment. Regardless of the macros, I dislike eating foods that don’t taste good. Most people, I’m sure, will agree with me. It’s pointless to try through a chalky bar with a chemical flavor for the sake of good health. It can’t go on like this.

Built Bars Puffs, thankfully, are tasty. I’ve already mentioned the texture, which I believe enhances the flavor, but the flavor is also excellent. Do they resemble a candy bar in flavor? No, no, and no, no, and no, and no, and no, and Are they the closest I’ve come to finding something similar? Indeed.

I haven’t tried all of the flavors yet, but the only one I haven’t liked is salted caramel. Maybe it’s just a matter of taste, but that one didn’t appeal to me. Aside from that, these are some of the most delectable bars I’ve ever encountered.

Texture

The texture of protein bars is just as important as the taste. Built Bars Puffs, as I previously stated, are in a texture category all their own. There aren’t any other bars like them on the market.

These are smooth, gooey, and chewy, in contrast to most protein bars, which are chewy, hard, and chalky. Also, it’s delectable!

What Are The Benefits Of Eating These Bars?

Built Bars Puffs serve a variety of functions, including hunger relief. The company does not make any dramatic promises about weight reduction or muscle gain, but it does say that its bars will satisfy your appetite while also providing a good portion of protein.

You may fulfill your sweet taste while supplementing a critical macronutrient, protein, by ingesting one or two Built Bars Puffs every day in your diet. These bars may help you achieve your objectives if used in conjunction with a balanced diet.

Built Protein Bars Are Designed For Whom?

These bars are ideal for anybody who exercises or needs a fast snack or meal to keep their body nourished. Vegans, vegetarians, and people who follow a kosher diet are not permitted to consume Built Bars Puffs.

They’re also not recommended for anyone who is lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy goods since they include dairy. Apart from that, most individuals, including diabetics, see these bars as safe, though not ideal, to ingest.

Which Flavor Of The Built-In Bar Is The Best?

This is a contentious issue, with varied perspectives depending on who you ask. I searched the web and read hundreds of reviews to find the best three flavors:

Brownies with Peanut Butter

Almond Coconut

3. PB

I can personally verify that all three tastes are delicious and would fulfill any sweet tooth or hunger.

Are Built Bars Legitimate?

Built Bars Puffs is now one of the best-tasting and most gratifying protein bars on the market, particularly with its updated recipe. They’re low in sugar, carbs, and protein, making them an excellent addition to practically any healthy diet. It’s a truth that their brand and protein bars are completely legitimate, as shown by countless consumers, including myself.
