The vape industry is growing exponentially, and vaping has become a trend. We often see that trends die after some weeks or months, but the tendency to vape is growing, and it has become a symbol of cool people. Vapes are in high demand, and the number of consumers is growing with each passing day.

Vapes will not fill themselves, and you will have to invest in some good-quality e-juices so that you can fulfill your need for nicotine. The price of this juice is not something that an average person can afford every two or three weeks, and they look for other cheap alternatives that can harm their health.

How to Make Vape Juice at Home 1

So, the best thing is that you make your e-juice with the comfort of home. Even if you can afford these bottles regularly, making juices at home is a fun and frustrating activity at the same time, depending on how focused you are. Making juice at home is no rocket science, but you have to be careful. In this blog, you will be reading about the things you will need.

  • Small bottles
  • Syringes
  • Napkins
  • Gloves
  • Goggles

These are all the things you will need, and these things are easy to find in the market in fact, most of them will be available at your home. Now let’s get started with the steps of making the e-juice.

  1. Preparation of Nicotine:

You will need to have some mathematical knowledge to make suitable nicotine because the nicotine will be in dilute form. If you are enemies with math, then you better get help from someone.

An online calculator can be your friend. Using a large amount of nicotine will ruin the whole e-juice, so it is better that you follow the recipe closely and add a lesser amount than recommended.

If you have obtained the desired results of nicotine, but if it doesn’t give you the throat hit, you can add few drops of vodka depending on if you drink or not.

  1. Preparation of Flavor:

You need to follow the recipe closely because the slightest mistake can cost you big time, and none of the points is greater than the other one. All steps are equal. If you are making the juice for the first time, then you shouldn’t use more than two flavors because you need the experience to balance the flavors.

It is recommended that you add a lesser amount of ingredients than the given amount in the recipe. This will prevent you from ruining the e-juice. For beginners, it is advised to never use over 10% of the whole batch on flavoring ingredients.

  1. Preparing Base:

An online calculator will help you find the equitable ratio of VG (Vegetable Glycerin) and PG (Propylene glycol), but usually, the ratio is like 50:50 or 80:20. Before blending both the ingredients together, you should also consider the amount you used to prepare nicotine.

  1. Mixing the Blend:

By far the easiest step. Now that you have all the ingredients ready, you will need to pour these mixtures inside a bottle and shake them. Mixing with low force won’t work because the vegetable glycerin is very thick, and it needs a strong mix so that your juice doesn’t get ruined.

Don’t forget to use goggles and gloves in any of these processes because all these materials can cause nasty infections, and if a drop jumps into your eye, you better pray.

  1. Steeping:

It depends on you whether you want to do steeping on your e-liquid or not. For a better taste, it is recommended that you steep the flavor and this is the same as an aged wine. You can try the juice after mixing it, and if the cocktail tastes sweet and meets your expectation, then there is no need to do steeping.

If you are doing steeping, you will need to leave the bottle open for a couple of days or weeks so that the air keeps flowing, and VG doesn’t settle at the bottom of the bottle.

If you have come up with a great e-juice, you can use custom vape cartridge packaging to gift this to your friend as a gift.
